The brief was to present a technically detailed product range in a way that was approachable and visually strong, communicating the quality, durability, and versatility of Yamaha’s lineup to both leisure buyers and commercial fleet clients.
Product showcase design for premium mechanical products needs to walk a careful line between technical credibility and visual accessibility. Too technical and you lose the leisure buyer who simply wants to know which cart suits their golf club. Too simplified and you fail the commercial fleet buyer who needs detailed specifications.
The Yamaha brand also carries significant visual equity — the red and white identity needed to be honoured while creating a design with genuine quality and sophistication.
The design anchored itself firmly in Yamaha’s established red, white, and dark colour palette, creating immediate brand recognition while giving the layout enough visual sophistication to feel premium. The homepage presented the range with strong lifestyle photography — carts on courses, in use, in context — before moving into product pages where specification detail took over.
Individual product pages were designed around a structured format: hero product shot, model name and key selling points, detailed specification layout including the G29 Petrol model’s technical data, multiple product angle views, and available colour and configuration options.
A fleet options section was designed to cater specifically to commercial buyers, with a clear visual distinction from the leisure customer journey.
