Lauren Bennett is a professional personal trainer, physiotherapist, and fitness expert who needed a website that would position her as an authority in her field, communicate her range of services clearly, and convert visitors into enquiries and bookings. The site needed to feel personal and approachable — reflecting Lauren’s hands-on coaching style — while looking sufficiently professional to justify her premium positioning in the London fitness market.
Personal trainer websites often fall into two traps: they either look too clinical and impersonal, failing to build the human connection that coaching depends on, or they look unprofessional and amateurish, undermining the credibility needed to charge premium rates. The design had to strike a careful balance — warm, energetic, and human, while clearly professional and structured.
Service clarity was also critical: Lauren offers multiple training modalities including Pilates, massage, and group training, and visitors needed to understand what was available quickly and navigate to what was relevant to them.
A dynamic, image-led design was built around strong photography of Lauren in action — training clients, in studio, and in a clinical setting — immediately communicating her expertise and approachability. A bold blue, white, and coral palette gave the site energy without sacrificing professionalism.
Services were presented in a clear, dedicated section with individual treatment for each modality, accompanied by descriptive copy and relevant imagery. A prominent pricelist page removed a common friction point — potential clients could self-qualify before making contact.
Testimonials were integrated throughout the design to build trust at multiple scroll points, and a contact form with clear prompts made enquiry as simple as possible.
