The website needed to reflect this level of corporate sophistication: sleek, professional, and credible at a glance to senior business leaders and HR decision-makers.

The Challenge

Recruitment websites in the financial services sector face a dual-audience problem. They must simultaneously attract high-quality candidates — who are assessing credibility and opportunity — and win business from senior corporate clients, who are assessing trustworthiness and track record.

Generic recruitment templates cluttered with job boards and over-eager CTAs undermine the premium positioning that GA Global’s client partnerships demand. The design needed to communicate substance and expertise without resorting to visual complexity.

The Solution

A clean, sophisticated blue and white design language was chosen to align naturally with the financial services sector — trustworthy, precise, and professional without being stuffy. The homepage was structured around three clear service pillars visible in the navigation — Audit, Risk, and Compliance — allowing visitors to self-segment instantly.

A prominent Job Search bar was placed above the fold for candidate visitors, while the GA Global’s Success section and partner logo strip — featuring Bloomberg, Barclays, Glencore, and others — provided immediate credibility signals for corporate clients evaluating the firm.

Success story content blocks were built into interior pages to demonstrate track record in a concise, scannable format. The overall tone was deliberately understated, allowing the quality of the client partnerships to speak louder than any marketing claim.
